Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF MISSION

By downloading, accessing, or using LegitLaser (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to enter the Arena. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LegitLaser.

⚠️ Critical Health & Safety Warning

Photosensitivity & Seizure Risk

LegitLaser utilizes high-frequency flashing lights, strobe effects, and rapid geometric patterns. A small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to these visual stimuli. If you have an epileptic condition, consult a physician before playing. DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELYif you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, or disorientation.

Situational Awareness (AR Safety)

LegitLaser is an Augmented Reality (AR) game. ALWAYS REMAIN AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS.Do not play in dangerous areas, near traffic, steep ledges, or water. Never trespass on private property. LegitLaser is not responsible for any property damage, injury, or death resulting from a failure to maintain situational awareness.

Physical Activity

This game involves physical movement. By playing, you represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in laser tag activities. Avoid playing on slippery or uneven surfaces.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTRESS.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge LegitLaser, its developers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of your participation in the game, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • 01Operating any vehicle (cars, bikes, scooters) while using the App.
  • 02Entering private property or restricted areas without authorization.
  • 03Harassing, stalking, or threatening other players or bystanders.
  • 04Modifying, hacking, or reverse-engineering the App or its servers.

4. USER CONTENT & PRIVACY

By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your gameplay data (scores, match history, and callsign) for leaderboard and social features. For information regarding camera data handling, please refer to our Privacy Intel.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEGITLASER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE APP.
